Born and raised in the picturesque town of Leavenworth, Washington, nestled in the Cascade Mountains, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature and small-town life. I had the joy of raising three terrific children, who continue to make me proud every day.
In 2010, my journey brought me to Wisconsin, where I quickly fell in love with the charm and warmth of the area. My husband and I call Moqua home, enjoying the peaceful country lifestyle, raising chickens, guinea hens, and rabbits, and are accompanied by our five rescue cats and two energetic dogs.
I have a passion for gardening and take pride in growing a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, herbs and wildflowers. When I am not tending to my garden, you’ll often find me indulging in my love of reading, cooking, baking, and thrifting.
For most of my life, I worked as a bartender. I’m excited to embark on a new path and have the opportunity to work with all the amazing people at the Bargain Hut and the Enrichment Center. I’m looking forward to contributing to the community in a new and meaningful way.
